Jazz On The Mountain will present a fantastic time in music at Horseshoe Resort on Saturday, August 13, 2016. Horseshoe Resort is conveniently located a mere 15 minutes north of Barrie Ontario, only a one hour drive from the GTA. Set in the Resort’s newest activities and concert area, with indoor and outdoor shows, the Festival will give visitors the unique opportunity to experience performances with musical greats, and up and coming artists.

HEADLINER: Larry Carlton In Concert With Five After Four 8:30PM

Jazz On The Mountain At Horseshoe is excited to welcome one of the most recorded guitarists of all time, Larry Carlton, in a rare Ontario appearance. Larry has earned 4 GRAMMY Awards and 19 GRAMMY nominations while delivering famous guitar solos for some of the best-known recording artists of all time including Steely Dan, Joni Mitchell, Carole King and Michael Jackson. His performance in concert with renowned Canadian jazz-fusion legends Five After Four will be memorable and incendiary.

As an added experience – Jazz On The Mountain At Horseshoe presents the return of its acclaimed Master Class Series with some of the top musical educators in North America. The Master Class Series features five clinics presented hourly from 10AM to 2PM at the Horseshoe Centre,

The music continues into the wee hours of 2AM at the Crazy Horse Sports Bar & Grill, with the JAZZ ALIVE JAM led by the Jazz On The Mountain At Horseshoe All-Stars featuring May McKay on vocals and Sandor Schwisberg on keyboards, with surprise guest artists.
