Jazz On The Mountain will present a fantastic time in music at Horseshoe Resort on Saturday, August 13, 2016. Horseshoe Resort is conveniently located a mere 15 minutes north of Barrie Ontario, only a one hour drive from the GTA. Set in the Resort’s newest activities and concert area, with indoor and outdoor shows, the Festival will give visitors the unique opportunity to experience performances with musical greats, and up and coming artists.

2014 to Present Artistic Director | The 2014 edition of Big Music Fest was held from July 11 to 13 at McLennan Park (Mt. Trashmore) in Kitchener, Ontario for the first time. Aerosmith, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy, Bryan Adams, Styx, Collective Soul, Moist, Big Wreck, Bleeker Ridge and Kim Mitchell performed.

The 2015 line-up included Soundgarden, Jane's Addiction, Extreme, Monster Truck, Big Sugar, and The Glorious Sons.

The festival was cancelled by the promoters for 2016, citing difficulty drawing "a line-up of world-class performers" but fully intending to return in 2017.
